I’ve been using this for about a month now about every other day. I can’t say it helps my shape (I struggle with fatigue, stress, muscle ache & stiffness & IC). Oxygen is held to help with all so maybe I need to increase my time on it. I will update this if that’s the case.
It is simple to set-up & use and would be easily portable. Not too heavy (I reckon if you scroll back up Amazon lists the weight).
Out of the 4 different sounds, 1 is pleasant, 2 have birds in them.
