The design is simple, yet effective. You can adjust how much difficulty and support you want. I use this for tennis to preclude hyperextension, and is very comfortable. I can already see how the velcro has started to pull away the fabric where it attaches, which is probably normal. I will see how durable this is, but it’s excellent so far.

These are nice wrist chains. They are thick enough to support your wrists all day long. I really like the fact that they have velcro on both ends of the band. This allows me to easily place on with one hand and adjust how tight I want them. I wore one of these on a sore wrist while staining a fence and they really helped!
