I bought this product because I had a habit of piling up pillows behind my head in bed when I was reading or watching television at night. The wedge is fantastic. It is firm but not too firm, and does an exceptional job.

This wedge cover is not worth the paper my review is printed on. The initially time I used it, it literally split at the seems and the zipper broke. Obviously the dimensions were not as advertised because they did not fit my 12′ wedge. I bought two together for $25 and threw out the packaging and the total admission money before I used them. These are absolutely worthless–and I received them late from the seller. I called to check on the status after several days and was told they were out of have a supply of and shipping late. I received them about a week later. This is terrible service for medical correlated products, and I will never buy either the product or from this seller again. I didn’t bother to try for a refund after the sub satisfactory service I received in the order process.
