I don’t know what we were expecting, but it wasn’t this. The substance is kind of a gel product. We both tried it a small on our fingers when it came in the mail. For one thing we weren’t expecting it to numb our tongues a small (although this may be desirable for some) and the taste wasn’t very excellent, kind of like licking a cherry flavored chap stick. My wife won’t even use it. Too terrible I was really looking forward to the oral review.
