After reading Robin McKenzie’s book, I realized how vital this Lumbar roll is. One for the office and the other for the car. Keeps the lordosis in place and combine with the McKenzie’s excercises does a miracle for a guy experincing back problem on a daily basis.

My expectation for the Mckenzie Lumbar Roll was that its firmness would last for longer.. Not 2 months ancient yet and it is commencement to feel soft.
