I’ve had severe asthma since I was 3 and this helps cool my breathing down, but it can take awhile and I can get nervous while breathing through it waiting for myself to cool down.

My wife has regular cough every year in the end of the year. I searched the AMAZON and found this product with a pretty excellent reviews. I ordered this one for wife. She used it. It provided a small relief temperally but did not work as most reviewers’ consequences. My wife is disappointed.

My husband has COPD and emphysema from smoking for about 40 years and when I showed him it online he said he wanted to try it. It took a small while because aptly after he started to use it he got a respiratory problem that took a couple of weeks to get over. But once he was over it, he noticed a very marked enhancement in that he is coughing a lot less and coughing up a very small amount of phlegm now. Since the inhaler he has to use would push us into the doughnut hole anything that will help is a fantastic help. This was more than a small enhancement for him. He still has to use his inhaler, but a lot less and he feels surpass since he started to use it.
