This is a very clean enema system. It’s douche/enema nozzle is outfitted for use as a shower attachment. The Shower Enema Kit comes with two nozzles, one is 5″ and the other is 3.5″. It also comes with a 6ft (2m) metal hose. One end of the hose screws into your shower, the other end is where you attach your choice of nozzle. Where the Shower Enema Kit connects with your shower it has a valve that directs the water either through the nozzle and into you or to the shower head.

This is the best product I’ve been able to find for this therapeutic treatment. The parts are mostly stainless steel or grow such; with clean slick medical grade (appearing) surfaces, and although the water diverter valve’s parts are fake, they seem tight and leak free. If the diverter lever breaks, these are ordinary shower supply sized fittings that can be easily replaced from a hardware store. I found the box to include quality fittings & hoses, of appropriate lengths, and every part needed was in the kit. I might wish they’d have included a chrome wall hook to coil the hose, and hang when not in use, but that’s also unfilled at a local hardware or a bed & bath store. The diverter knob has full range movement from partial to full difficulty. Be careful with that!
The shower/bathtub is the best place to give yourself this treatment. Shower use allows you to lie down & raise your hips, or stand, and torso twist & flex to use bending and stretching movement to help the water travel upstream in your lower GI tract. Take time and do several gentle rinses, using water that is warm to the touch, tested on the inside of your wrist (like testing warmed milk in a pot for the baby).
Options: Rubber hoses from a ordinary enema kit slip over the provided steel enema tube, and if you also order the box of variously shaped fake tips (also at Amazon) they fit well on the other end of the rubber tube included in a ordinary rubber bag type enema kit.
Keep the water difficulty low, so you don’t hurt your own plumbing. Surrounded by days, even hours, you will notice improved skin hydration & shape, loss of bloating, and also notice some weight loss too. Your energy levels will improve, and even your allergies will diminish. The colon is the part of the GI tract where liquids are absorbed from digested food, and so an enema will help hydrate you from your “exit port.” Remember to drink your eight to ten glasses of water/day to hydrate from the top down also. Read lots, and get excellent healthcare advice before commencement these treatments.

When we got this item it came nicely packaged and was simple to assemble. We like that it had 2 tips. My only suggestion is go slow if its your initially time.

This is a low-quality imitation of surpass versions of this product, don’t buy it.
- The attachment isn’t charming, it has a sharp metal seam on the end that makes it painful to use even with a lot of lube. The real version of this product has a charming end.
- The hose requires 4 washers according to the instructions, but this kit only comes with 2 washers, which causes the hose to leak.
- The valve switch that turns the water on looks like it’s made of metal, but it’s really fake and it does not fit well into the valve. This means that sometimes when you want to turn the water off, the switch pops off and the water is stuck on. BELIEVE ME, it’s vital to be able to turn the water off quickly.
