I bought this kit on Amazon. After working on the ambulance for 20+ years I was quite disappointed with the quality of this kit. My dad had one of the original kits from Korea as a medic. You cannot even start to compare the quality of the stainless instruments. The bag is made of a excellent material but is one flap shorter than the original military medical kit. The original military kit had a bullet extractor and a probe that fit with the extractor. It also had a pair of scissors with a snub nose that would cut leather boots and pants off like butter. I would have been ok with it had the instruments been of excellent quality. The largest joke was the tweezers and the scissors. I could have made a pair in the shop with a hammer and anvil that looked and worked surpass than these. The tweezers would work excellent for holding 4×4s and cleaning a wound. The scissors; well they are hopeless. The angle tip hemostats tips do not end at the same length. Certainly not worth the money.
