I have gone through 2 of these. They do work fantastic, but after 20 minutes, both of them broke at the exact same spot. Seems to have a manufacturer defect. Have returned for a refund. Too terrible, because the small time they did work, it felt fantastic.

Got this for my mom and she liked it but then the vibrating part got dislodged and now it makes too much noise when twisted on. I took a quick look at it and couldn’t see how to adjust it.

The initially machine came in a few days and was fantastic for a few days it broke called Amazon consumer service they sent me a new one imeadilatly and told me to send ther ancient one back they picked up the postage both ways the new one came in a couple days and has been massaging for a few weeks now the very best one I’ve ever had it doesn’t get surpass than that .WELL ITS A YEAR LATER AND THE SAME PROBLEM HAS OCCURED AGAIN there is no parts service to buy any parts or even contact manufacture .SO MUCH for made in China Amazon was no help the same brackett has broken again and the money was wasted buying this.VERY DISAPOINTING FOR AMAZON TO OFFER NO HELP!Sunny Shape & Fitness Foot Massager

My husband bought this item as he has some problem with foot circulation. We have had the Sunny massager for about three weeks, and, believe me, we BOTH like it, in fact struggle over it sometimes. We will be leave-taking soon for our “Up North” summer home, and will be buying another one of these for that residence. We will keep it away from the grandchildren tho, as we had another brand massager that they finished up breaking.
