I was looking forward to using my spine worx until I received it. I guess I should have questioned what worx means. It said it was developed by a chiropractor so I figured there must have been a real study done. I have it for two weeks now and I will try it a small longer. I had several people try it too and nobody was impressed with it.

Having dealt with my mild scoliosis (and the tribulations it has at times) into nearly my 6th decade–I’ve done it all. Exercise (works fantastic), chiropractic (again fantastic IF you find the aptly one for YOU), foam rollers (super), Alexander Method (has some excellent things for me too) and many gizmos. This one was an overpriced piece of junk that I sent back surrounded by minutes of getting–given it did NOTHING. I’d strongly recommend you save you time and shipping expenditure and just say no.
