It took a long time to get this product. The cost savings were worth it though, but because the shipping and communications were not excellent, I give this vendor only 4 stars.
I started to take magnesium when I had heart palpitations and the Emergency Room blood work tests indicated that I had low magnesium. I have not had blood work since, but taking it seems to have made a difference. I have not had any palpitations since I started taking this.
Most people can get magnesium from eating nuts, but I have diverticulosis and this has banned nuts from my diet. The magnesium provides a boost in this essential nutrient. Fantastic Product!
