It seems to me that you can make this! All you need is a low-cost pair of soft finished headphones buds and a headband. Cut two tiny slits and tape them in place!

Initially off the headset dont line up with any normal adult humans ears unless you wear the thing backwards and have a wire coming out of your forehead. Second after less than on week of attempted use one of the headset is dead. At least I only have to worry about lining up with one ear now. This product is low-cost junk sold at an exorbitant price…stay away stay far away.

IF I plug this into a CD player, can I set it to play continous sleep music and to SKIP the wake up music altogether ? Or does the wake up music have to be played ?
Also, do they size medium.

Want to update my review with the response I received when I contacted SleepPhones regarding the problem I talk about below regarding the left and aptly speakers being reversed. They were extremely responsive and asknowledged that they had had a quality control problem because of an employee who wasn’t doing his job. They were pleased to send me a new SleepPhone; the ones that have the comes off speakers which are identified as L & R. The also sent me an extra headband and a self addressed stamped envelope in which to return the defective set.
While it is fantastic that the speakers are comes off and are marked L & R the problem still is that once the speakers are placed inside the headband one doesn’t know which is L and which is R. I had to sew a thread on the headband over the area of the L speaker so I would know L from R. I emailed SleepPhones regarding this and suggested that they somehow identify L & R on the outside of the headband.
I was initially pleased with my SleepPhones as the fit was OK and I could surely use them while sleeping. But, imagine my surprise and dismay when I used a CD lens cleaning device that also allowed for the checking and adjusting of Left & Aptly stereo position of the headphones attached to my CD player and found that the Left and Aptly stereo position of the SleepPhones were REVERSED!
Just to make sure I wasn’t imagining this setback I attached a different pair of head phones and checked them. Sure enough the second pair of head phones played Left when held to and Aptly when held to while my SleepPhones played Aptly when it was held to be Left and Left when it was held to be Aptly.
I now wear my SleepPhones opposite the directions given in their instructions, but I am very disappointed in the lack of quality control as I’ve have been using these SleepPhones for months listening to binaural beat CD’s thinking that they were working properly! Very disappointed!

not perfect, and a bit expensive for what they are, but work pretty well for the intended purpose. Fits ok and doesn’t go on me, but I can imagine some people having a problem. Possibly the fabric used should be a bit stretchier. I do have the same issue as the poster who mentioned the wire coming out of the forehead – the only way I can get the speakers lined up to my ears is have the wire coming out of my forehead. It needs some sort of surpass way to manage the wire. (I am probably going to add on something myself to deal with my iPod and wires and make it self-contained.)
One annoying thing was they sent a lavender sachet in the box, not sealed but open, I guess with the thought of scenting the fabric. I suppose this is ok if you happen to like lavender, but I really don’t, and the thing reeked of it. I couldn’t even consider using it for a few days and it still smells a bit.
