I have used many different sprays. I find Sino Fresh to be one of the best to relieve sinus difficulty that can result in a
headache. My local pharmacy has discontinued the product. I was glad to find it at Amazon!

After trying a multitude of “over the counter” nasal sprays, I found SinoFresh. It is a natural way to clean the nasal passages without the after affects of chemicals found in other preparations. As I be with you, Sinofresh is a base of salt water plus an antibacterial ingredient found in most natural soaps. Makes sense that if we wash our hands daily, then we would wash our sinuses in a similar fashion.
All I know is that it works extremely well for me. Especially before and after airline travel, in large metro areas that have dirty air and for nasal allergies.
Yes, it’s rather expensive, but it works!

My ENT gave me this, a friend of his helped develop it, and it is WONDERFUL! I’ve had several surgeries, life long allergies, chronic migraines and sinus infections (& I won’t even tell you some of the nasty & perilous things I’ve had cultured in my sinuses)and have tried numerous messy, unpleasant and hard to clean: sprays, rinses, etc. This is a simple pump spray that you need to prime once, you use 1 or 2 sprays per nostril, once or twice a day; and wipe it off with a tissue. Replace the collar and cover, and THAT’S IT! It’s wonderfully calming, not a bit harsh, and if you sniff in just gently, it doesn’t end up all down your throat. It’s like a listerine product for your nose, literally. It’s non-habit forming, non-medicated and it feels excellent – it really does moisturize. I like using it after spending a couple hrs. in the garden – flushes out all the pollen & irritants. So calming before bed. It’s a full ounce, disparate most products, so it lasts for a while & is small enough to fit in a purse or briefcase for relief on the go. It has helped me tremendously!
