Well
#1… I’m one of persons people who are lucky enough to rarely get headaches or sinus headaches (Ever)…
#2… I do regular neti sinus irrigation and that’s fine
#3… Followed directions for this stuff and man did it burn terribly and afterwards i had a fantastic sinus headache going on for about 30 minutes now.
I’ve never had a hurting of my sinuses and eyes like i have aptly now after using the product.

I brought this cause I had a very stuffy nose for a week I could’nt sleep.
I heard that Saline nasal sprays were safer.Yet this did nothing and the
syptoms got worst for me.Also it gave me a terrible tingling burning sensation in my nose.I’m now using Vick Sinex that a friend recommended and
it works fantastic.

I bought this spray because I had a coupon. I had a terrible sinus congestion. I tried to use the pot and there was no spray — nothing. I have soaked the cap in warm water and still have no spray. For the cost of this, I would have expected more. From now on I will go to a local pharmacy and buy the store brand of saline spray.

All I can say is wow. I have used just about every steroid prescription spray, Astelin (anti-histamine nose spray, Afrin, Ocean Spray, a bunch of homeopathic sprays, Neti Pot and none of them have done what this spray has done for my sinus inflammation and slight congestion. I recently got a septoplasty and turbinate reduction done and I have always had this slight difficulty, and very uncomfortable feeling in the middle of my nose since the surgery and until I found this spray I have been miserable for the past year. I would not recommend this spray for someone who has severe congestion and a sinus infection, for persons unfortunate ones that have that I would recommend using a neti pot 4x a day with sea salt until the symptoms go away and then use the Simply Saline.

Without enough time to do a proper irrigation with a neti pot or neil-med saline rinse pot, I found this product worked very well. Product works fantastic to cleanse your nasal pasages of allergens.
Another reviewer mentioned having vex with relieving congestion using it nearly as a medicine, but I don’t reckon it’s predestined to be used for completely blocked passages..perhaps a warm neti or pot would work surpass for that situation, because simply saline is more of a daily preventative…so you don’t get the blocked passages in the initially place.
I started it early in the allergy season morning and evening…I am mostly sinus headache free!!
