This product stops the itch! I have tried other products, even store brands of the Sarna. While the ingredient list appears to be the same, in use, the Sarna excels in itch stopping and shelf life after being opened. This may not be a excellent product for small ones as it does have a slight, slight, tingling sensation, but not objectionable in my opinion. Excellent stuff!
