This is my initially try of sam-e. After years trying pharmaceuticals this does what it is held to do. Give it a try. Four-hundred milligrams may be too much for some though.

I was skeptical, but this really does help me in my day to day activities. I have less anxiety attacks and don’t seem to be bothered by the small things as much. I didn’t really notice it working until I’d go off it for a few days and boy, was the difference noticeable. Every small thing would get me so upset and I’d pick on my poor husband or get mad at the dogs. Don’t get me incorrect – they still mess up my house and piss me off, lol, but I deal with it so much surpass!

I’ve used all the other brands offered here on Amazon (literally, all of them) and this Brand, Swanson, is certainly equal in quality to the most expensive brands offered but for much less money. I can and do vastly recommend Swanson brand Sam-E (as well as other products by Swanson like L-Tryptophan). No, I do not work for Swanson (lol) I have just made a prudent study of these products & am pleased to share my experience.

p.s., once I had a delivery that was really beat up in transit and some of the pills were crushed. Swanson was SUPER helpful, very kind and immediately replaced what was hurt at n/c to me. They really cared and it showed.
