I once got a severe burn on my hand. Initially, second and some third degree. I used this product. Place a cotton bandage over my hand, then wore a cotton work glove and soaked glove and hand in ST 37. Kept doing it every 2-3 hours. No pain and it healed without scares. Also used on bee sting on my 5 year ancient. No tears in one minute. Product was outlawed in California. Probably worked too well. This should be used on burn victims because both antiseptic and kills pain. Surpass than the crap they use (bedadine)

Sounds like something you’d pick up in the auto parts store but it is the best thing ever for burns, cut, bug bites, and general antiseptic. I reckon every home should have this product. I’ve used it on severe burns and not only did it stop hurting, it never even blistered. I was introduced to this product by my wife’s family who have used it for decades as their primary initially-aid product. It really works.

Grew up with this product in the house. Mainly used for treating cuts, scrapes, insect bites and minor burns. Had forgotten about S.T.37, but was reminded on a visit to my parents’ home. We used to find the product in the local independent pharmacy, but have not been able to find it at the large chain stores. Glad to find it on Amazon.

This oral antiseptic works wonders for mouth sores and ulcers. Very safe to use, and helps heal quickly. I was skeptical as I have tried any products, but this really works! It is an ancient wives remedy that still works today!

My mom use to give us this product when we were children. Amazes me with all the many new expensive drugs that keep coming out to find that they don’t perform any surpass than ones that have been around for years. And, the older meds are just as effective and cheaper too. ST-37 gets rid of cold sores and sore throats in a small amount of time. I tried to find it in drug stores, but gave up. I couldn’t believe I found it on Amazon, but then again, Amazon has be converted into my place to shop because it has so much to place forward. I also appreciate when people take the time to write reviews to help others choose what’s in their best interest to buy.
