I took this product for 5 days and achieved nothing. I followed the directions as far as dosage, drank lots of water and ate a fiber filled balanced diet. Nothing. It’s held to be a 10 day cleansing program but by day 5, I would have expected to experience something. I’m going to try and return it to the store from which I bought it (I didn’t buy it from Amazon but it’s certainly the exact same product). I have a friend who is a pharmacy assistant and she told me to buy a $2.00 pot of magnisium citrate. I did it and it worked like a dream. Don’t buy this product. I’m pissed that I wasted my time and money on it.

Finally found something that worked surrounded by a day and that didn’t cramp me. This particular product must be getting to the heart of what is causing my constipation because things like senna and cascara whatever either didn’t work or I had to use so much I would have, let’s face it, a blow out. Hah! My advice is to keep searching till you find the colon cleanse that works best for you and this one works for me. Glad I found it and that it’s psyllium-free. Psyllium doesn’t work well for a lot of us.

So many people out there expect to be bloated have a headache and nausia and other symptoms. its right you get a bit woosy the second day of takeing it but only cause the toxins are leave-taking your body!! with me i have taken it 4 days now and have had 3 stools a day sence AND though i felt woosy the initially two days i feel so energetic now and will continue to take it!! other types of cleansing regimines have caused me to balloon and lay in bed all day!!! i also feel its surpass to use organic because the animal products in the other ones constipate so many people! dont worry if you dont feel anything just know to be on the toilet at least 3 times a day to have a stool and youll be fine! i feel less bloated than before i started these pills and as abonus im very energetic!! i reccomend it for everyone and if you look on the site for the company that makes these pills you will find formulas for the total families needs!
