I have been using this product for over a year now. I use to be able to get it at my local shape food store, but have been powerless to find it there recently. I missed taking it, so I searched online for a vendor.

When I say studies back it up… I mean go to the PubMed site and look up the medical studies on Triphala and also on Rhubarb and how they affect digestion/pooping. This product has been an incredible wonderful answer for our child with Down Syndrome who has the typical “slow gut”. Rhubarb really helps with motility. The slippery elm that is in this product is very calming to the gut. For parents of kids with DS – we also use a product called Digest by a co. called Enzymedica. It’s a digestive aide and the combo of the two helps our child be healthy and regular. We like this product!!

For many years as long I can remember it seems like constipation was part of the family. But after taking 2 in the evening for four days (Yes I obtained very loose stools persons days) I nearly gave up on it because I plotting it was like any other lax. But then my bowel movements were regular for months!!! Like never before. I have not even finished a jar for a year now because after that I might need to take one or two every two months just when I see my organisim slowing down. (I am hypotyroid so persons who are also undersatand me). Thankfulness. I am thinking of trying other products for cleansing. Lets see how it goes.

these are the best way to “get things moving” again. it is hydrating to your colon disparate a laxative, so you will receive long term benefits from it. can be taken nightly for a small time as a nourishing way to cleanse your colon and get your digestive fires up and burning again!

I vastly recommend this product for anyone who want to cleanse their system of the garbage we place into knowingly and unsuspectingly. We’ve be converted into so accustomed to the “conveniences” of our food that we have conditioned ourselves to “nourish” without being educated which leads to feeling physically tired, less energetic and just plain icky. The Cleanse More program cleared my system and I scrutinize anything that passes my lips into my body. I use this as a routine regimen for feeling healthy and more energetic.
