The Reiki Timer is an Interval Timer that will allow you to focus on your Reiki, meditation, yoga, or therapy session while the gentle gong helps you regulate the session without having to watch the clock. Simply set the much loved gong interval (see unfilled settings in the bullets above) and press the On/Off button. The gong will ring once after 10 seconds allowing you to prepare for the start of your session. The gong will ring again at the set interval and repeat with a single gong at that interval until the On/Off button is pressed or for up to 90 minutes. The gong is a digital recording of a Gong Bowl realistically played over a high-quality speaker inside the natural wood housing. There are no mechanical parts in the timer. The sound quality is amazingly real! The Reiki Timer is built to the perfect proportions of the Kheops Pyramid of Gizah, which Feng Shui specialists consider a source of powerful energy, stability, and balance. The simple controls in the base of the timer make it simple to set the timer, start it, and turn your focus toward your session. The timer is about 5″ square at the base (the size of a CD/DVD) and 4 1/2″ tall. NOTE: Time settings are fixed – only the 8 exact time settings are unfilled.

This is the best timer and simple to use. I use it all the time in my Reiki practice. If you want a timer that chimes repeatedly at a certain interval, this is the one. Be sure it says Reiki on it because there is a timer that looks like this one but I reckon it is for massage and it only rings once and then you have to reset it to have it ring again.

What a wonderful way to let you know when it’s time to change hand positions while you are doing Reiki. Don’t have to worry about looking at a clock. Just delight in the nice peaceful gong to let you know how much time has past. I like to use it when I give myself Reiki, too.

I received this promptly. The chime is very organic sounding, not computer like. It is unobtrusive and very helpful if doing Reiki sessions. It is compact, and simple to travel with. The wood is very pretty too. I have gotten other Sage products before and they have been wonderful.

This timer is perfect for doing Reiki sessions. The sound is fantastic, very undisturbing. All but one of my clients really like the sound it makes. I no longer have to twist my head to see the clock. It is of excellent quality. Worth the price, I reckon. The Reiki symbol on it adds a small touch of decor to my office.
