Advanced Bio-Engineer Fiber Material
The Rabbit Air utilizes a HEPA filter made of the most advanced bio-engineered fiber material unfilled. This hardworking fiber not only traps but also destroys a host of common allergens–such as pet epithelia, dust mites, and pollen–all of which typically accumulate on the surface of the filter. It lasts up to three years, based on 12 hours daily surgical procedure, and won’t make lesser pollution–a common problem with conventional HEPA air cleaners.
In addition, this model comes with a washable charcoal-based activated carbon deodorization filter for the removal of odors, detrimental gases, and chemicals.

The reviews read well, and the unit seems to detect and answer to different air quality levels. The fan had to be replaced after < a month surgical procedure. The original filter was disappointing when faced with outgassing from new cabinets so the company sent a new filter. So, with essentially a new unit, Time will tell whether it is a excellent buy or not.

Attractive, silent unit. I have it in succession in my finished basement. Appears to be well constructed. Several layers of filters. It’s fascinating to watch the unit ramp up when I smoke around it; it apparently detects the cigarette smoke and increases filtering. How effective the unit is only time will tell. I guess I’ll see what collects on the filters and choose. So far it appears to be doing something, at least.

If I could return it, I would return it but there is a thirty day return policy. The Rabbit Air is a nice thought and looks okay. It blows air into the room and after a month of usage, the filters remain clean as a whistle. SO, it doesn’t seem to really do anything. No enhancement with allergies and dust level. Should have bought a Blue Air instead. : (

We bought the Rabbit Air BioGS and the other model(cannot remember) about a year ago. The BioGS has been a problem; weird odor coming from it; already replaced filters; still having tribulations. I would NOT buy these products again. I was bowled over at the review which showed lower effectiveness than other types of air purifiers. Whatever the effectiveness, this product has been really problematic. I bought this product by the overwhelming positive reviews. I hope these are honest reviews or my shipment does not gathering as well as persons reviewers’. To me, this thing is a piece of excellent looking and silent appliance, nothing more than that. I have had it for several weeks now and I opened to see the filters and they are still clean. I can’t imagine how such a thing would clean air.
