I got it as EMS. It works fine. The price is very excellent compare to what is sold here in Canada.
The only problem is the support. I got it with couple of pixels that are not working probably but if I send it back it will cost me?.
The main problem now for me is that I cann’t buy any extra pads from Amazon because they can not be shipped to Canada.
I have to buy local pads which are expensive.
Overall this product is working very well with a very excellent price.

i am an Occupational Therapist and have recently experienced osteoarthritis of my hip and now my knees. I had a resurfacing of my hip and need new knees but to delay the surgery as long as i can i was taking vicodin for pain. We use e-stim and tens at work for pain control on patients with similar to my own. I find this unit is simpler to use than most devices and has the portability to be used with batteries or an electric cord. It is as powerful and as reliable as the professional models we use at work. I vastly recommend this product for everyone. It should be set up by a professional, a one time visit to a PT and then you are excellent to go. I no longer need the vicodin to control the pain.

The unit itself works as advertised, and is simple to use, and their website includes downloadable electode placement charts. I am very satisfied with this unit and have recommended it to other people I know with pain management tribulations

I did a lot of research before purchasing this product. I like it. I use it for my lower back and knees. I like that it has the ability to do both knees at the same time. I, also, appreciate the AC/DC power ability. LG Medical really backs their products! I vastly recommend the company and this particular tens machine. The doctor has told me to use it all night long on my back. I have done that for months and am impressed by the machine. For my back, I use the 14 x 1.5 electrode back pads, which is a lot nicer and more comfortable than the small patches, for the back. That patch goes across the back. Make sure you buy the patch that has has the electrode wire enclosed by cloth, not by paper. I have had the paper covered wires come out on the initially use. The cloth covered wire stays in. The long electrode pads, with the cloth, can be bought through Amazon without a shipping charge, which makes them cheaper, eliminating the shipping charge.
