The item seems to be made very well. The only problem I have is the ratio for the workout for inhaling and exhaling. It will make sense when you have the product in front of you. The variety of changes you can make to one but not the other is a major strike against. But considering that it is the only strike against, this is really worth the buy.

While it took a bit of practice to get use to the trainer, I have noticed an enhancement in the small time (one week)that I have used it. I have asthma and allergies so I wanted something to maintain my breathing. In addition, I’m an avid cyclist so having functioning lungs is essential. So, in a nutshell the Powerlung works.
