This product promotes excellent carriage and prevents/relieves shoulder, neck, upper, mid and low back pain by gently keeping the shoulder back when one is in a forward working position, thus maintaining right spinal alignment. This works fantastic for thoracic spine carriage correction when I am walking, jogging or permanent, and is adjustable for very small people. It works a lot less well for me when I am sitting, and am currently trying various carriage braces to wear while working at the computer. My alternative is to carry a weighted back pack while permanent or trail walking, and this is a lot more comfortable.

I bought this for my wife and she says that relief was immediate.
She is of smaller stature than I so it was excellent for her.
I, being quite a bit larger than her, felt that it wasn’t heavy enough,
