These are fantastic gloves, I’m so glad I upgraded.
Initially of all, it’s just a fantastic deal — nitrile gloves seem to be very expensive at HD and Lowes.
I got tired of the latex gloves I’d been wearing, since they seemed to heat up my hands and all got sweaty and yucky. Plus, sized gloves are much surpass at accomodating my large hands that held “one size fits all.”
I use these gloves mostly for woodworking projects. I’ve used them with mineral spirits, paint thinner, brush cleaner, and stains. Nothing seems to get through them. I reckon of the 20-30 pairs I’ve worn at this point, I’ve only ever cut the gloves once, and that involved a knife (duh). They don’t seem to tear — they hold up quite nicely. Finally, since I’m not doing food or anything, I like the small bit of powder in the gloves — I reckon it helps quite a bit with getting them on and off and preventing them from sticking to your hands.
I’m about to order several more boxes of these gloves to have a supply of up for future projects, in case I can’t find them later!
