I have runner’s knee in both knees and was hoping this product would help. It does help a small bit, but after one run the strap started curling up, which is quite annoying. Save your money and wrap your knee in an ace bandage. The result is the same.

The Patt Strap truly does work. I’m not a runner but work construction so I’m constantly moving. My four star rating is based on the strap tends to curl up rather than lay flat on the leg at times.
