This product came with a few tribulations: initially was the box it was shipped in was in fantastic shape and when I opened it the product package was a bit mangled and the shower hand held had a few scratches on the end! Second after I assembled and installed the shower it leaked at the flow adjustment valve “O” ring! Third it dose not have an off-on valve at the hand held shower head.
The shower spray works well and that is the only excellent thing I can say about this product.
