I read the reviews which said this model was really silent but I was skeptical that it could really be _that_ silent. So I bought one and it really is that silent. 3 speeds. The high speed is what you would expect, it sounds like a fan. But after some experimentation the middle speed is silent enough to sleep to and that is where I set it for bedtime. It is nice to wake up still able to breath through my nose, so very nice.
The low speed but is so silent you would have a hard time knowing it was even twisted on. For model this morning I woke up and plotting I could hear that the filter was on and set on the low speed but it turns out that it had really been twisted off!
It works fantastic, the air feels fantastic and I noticed a huge difference immediately.
Also the unit is not huge, it doesn’t look like something you’d place in a sickbay room and it fits snugly against the wall.

This smallish, stylish air purifier is the absolute best. If you’re ok with a small colorless noise, you should buy this air purifier. Just make sure to remove the fake wrap inside the unit as I did not know this and was un-nerved by so much noise coming form the unit. But, alas, it’s gone and working like a dream.

I bought this air purifier since it was rated vastly and I needed some relief in sleeping surpass without being so stuffed up. I’ve only had it for a week and I can tell the air in the room is cleaner. It’s not exactly a fresh mountain top smell but more like a clean, filtered air scent. I can really tell a difference when I walk into my bedroom as opposed to the other rooms in the house. I’m somewhat of a light sleeper and the highest fan speed setting was a small too loud for me so I run it on the medium fan speed. It looks nice in my room – so far so excellent. I’m very pleased with it and would recommend it to others who are looking to wake up a small less stuffy in the morning.

I had really terrible allergy from all the dust perched in the air in the newly built house. This product really helps. I like the modern design and simple utility. Changing the filter doesn’t require a manual. A thing of beauty is a joy forever.

I’ve been buying air purifiers for my family for the past 5 years and finally chose to get one for myself. I was interested in one that works well, will not look like an eye sore in the bedroom and is honestly silent. After using purifiers from a few different brands I am pleased to say that the Oransi is quieter and seems to work as well if not surpass than the others. The only thing that would be nice (after using a different brand) is that the air purifier doesn’t show you when it is time to replace the air filter. It’s not a huge deal but I’m always looking for ways to make things surpass.
