I don’t feel that I can give an adequate review of this product as I only took it for 8 days. But during that time I only took 1 tablet (12.5) a day. In that time, I did not notice any effects excellent or terrible. One should take something for at least 30 days to really notice if something is taking place. Like I said before, I don’t reckon I took it long enough to have an effect on me. I stopped because I know that one of the possible side effects is acne. And being as I already have a problem with that cropping up from time to time (with menopausal hormonal change), I stopped when I started to get another ‘break out’. I don’t know if the Iodoral had anything to do with it, but I wasn’t taking anymore chances.

Rec’d product on time, total fantastic seller– received in just a few days….wasn’t thrilled with product – but I didn’t question for refund or anything — I would buy from seller again, just not this product.

Iodoral is dietetic iodine. This product is rare to find in Shape Food Stores. The product appears to be of exceptional quality but was delivered several days past the time frame stated by the company; at least that is when we exposed it at the confront of our house. It was not near a walkway or an entrance.

I received this product surrounded by a few days. I’ve read several reviews on it and it’s held to help with thyroid gathering and possibly lessen a goiter. I won’t know if it works to lessen a goiter until I see my endocrinologist again. Time will tell.
