My 3 year ancient gets sinus infections regularly. We tried a lot of different nasal sprays, but they didn’t help. Since we’ve been using Ocean Complete, he’s had a lot less doctor’s visits (along with less copays and less antibiotics – really worth it!). We use the orange stream tip with the irrigation adapter that piggy backs on top. It washes his nose really well. If you use both tips together, don’t close the lid all the way or you’ll find a huge puddle of liquid and empty canister in the morning. We use Ocean once before bed when he’s not very congested, or morning and night when he’s more stuffy. I’ve recommended Ocean Complete to friends with kids with allergies, and now they use it regularly too. Ocean Complete is sold at some of our local pharmacies, but is expensive. The Amazon/DAB price is the best we’ve found, and our shipment arrived on time and in perfect working order. There are instructions inside with pictures that show how the different tips work, and how to use the product. Vastly recommend it.

Fantastic stuff when it works. I bought 4 and 3 are duds. Pathetic quality control. I hope they get it aptly or pull it from the shelves.
