I really like this product since what I was using before was a thick foam cusion with a sitzbone cut-out and it is no longer unfilled through sharper image.
I tried LOTS of other things and this is the most comfortable seat when you have back issues of any kind. I can’t say it provides a lot of support but it does reduce pain onset from sitting too long in one position.

This is a nothing special cushion. I find the seams really grating to sit on and the padding is nothing to brag about.

if you have a terrible back worth a try i use in the car i have a very hard seat works fantastic for me on long drives.
