tried this after buying from Magellans travel site. had to travel to Asia for 22 hours, followed the intructions and it worked like a charm! No misty feeling or lightheadedness or headaches. the pill is small and it taste kind-of sweet. I also read that this is safe for children. will be using this again for future long travels.

We used these for our flight from the US to Ireland. This was our initially long-haul flight and I was nervous since I don’t sleep well on planes. We took these pills as directed. I still didn’t sleep much on the plane and was tired when we arrived at the hotel. But, we had a small nap in the afternoon and we were excellent to go. We never had any tribulations adjusting to the time. Others in our group were complaining for days that they were still off from the time change. Same thing on the way back, no tribulations when we got home. I certainly recommend these!
