I like the hot/cold pack but it should be longer – unless I have an extra wide neck! It doesn’t fit around!

This is my second bag after I wore the other one out 10 yrs later. I like the comfort I get from heating this in microwave be careful to not overheat it. It retains the heat nicely and relieves sore, stiff hurting muscles.
You can also use it as a cold therapy pack but, I don’t

Excellent relief for sore or tight muscles in neck, back or legs. Micro wave for a 2-3 minutes and use for next 15-20 minutes while sitting in a chair.
