This insect repellent (natrapel) is hard to find in stores in this area. It works well and I reckon it is safer than too much DEET.
The ordering process was a small confusing. I somehow got the thought it was 4 tiny
containers when it was one small container.

We went camping this past weekend and I had run out of my normal non deet bug spray. So, I went to my BX and looked to see if they had a non deet product. The only thing they had was this naturapel. I bought it and boy am I glad I did! This stuff works so well! I am normally eaten alive but I came home from camping with 2 bites on me. My kids came home with only a couple bites as well. For being out in the open for 3 days and 2 nights this is awesome that they only just have any bites! As long as you spray all the areas on your body you will not get bitten. My friends with the deet containing sprays were spraying all night long. I only applied 2 times a day! I will be buying more of this!

I really like this product. I’m not sure what the problem is with deet-containing products, but I always feel greasy when I use them and they exasperate my eyes, nose and mouth. This doesn’t happen with Natrapel. After it dries, you can barely tell you’re wearing it, but it is very effective. When hiking with friends/family, I have seen ticks jump on them and immediately jump aptly off. I have a real phobia with ticks–especially because deer ticks have be converted into so prevalent and I have several friends (and their pets) that have gotten chronic Lyme Disease infections from them. In our area of eastern and central PA there has been a huge increase in Lyme Disease over the last several years, which can cause havoc in your body. My family and I were camping last weekend and we all used Natrapel. None of us was bothered by mosquitos or ticks. One caveat is that you must use it on every part of your body. For model, if you use it on your body, but not on your face, the mosquitos will attack your fsce or any area on your body where you have not used it. Overall it is so stuck-up to deet-containing products, that it’s worth finding snd buyinng. At least in our area, it is hard to find, but you can find it online and it’s well worth the time and try to find it and buy it, even if you have to pay extra for the shipping. A small goes a long way and it’s a comfort knowing that it’s all natural AND effective.

Very small to no scent and fabulous at keeping the bugs away. The best mosquito product I’ve ever used!!!!
