I’ve owned a Nada Chair for several years. I bought it to

sit thwart-legged for yoga meditation. But, I’ve found it
has other applications, such as for sitting on bleachers on a
sports ground. It chains your lower back in a way that no other chair
can, because it is dynamically linked to your legs. Try it,
you’ll like it. NASA plotting it was excellent. The astronauts
used it. Do you skepticism me and the astronauts?

Recommended by my physical therapist because I sit long time at computer with ensuing hurt to spine discs which caused fantastic pain in my legs, this arrangement of straps and pads has done wonders in keeping me in excellent carriage as I “compute”. We got one for my wife, too, who has had hurting back tribulations for years – and it seems to help her, too. Delivery was made more quickly than we considered possible.

I bought my Nada Chair at a craft show over 30 years ago when I was having back vex. This gives such support. Now I’m older with degenerative disc disease and daily pain when I sit. I brought my Nada Chair to work and it’s really decreasing the pain while I sit. So glad I hung on to it all these years.

I am always sitting on the floor and have found myself getting into the terrible habit of sitting on one hip which is tuning my back. I learned of this NadaChair (don’t know if it was same brand) about 15 years ago and plotting it was a brilliant invention. I’m now a proud title-holder and keeping my back in a more comfortable and natural state. Changing positions is quite simple and the extra knee braces are nice. Can’t wait to try this thing out on my next international flight!
