I suspect that tennis elbow strap reviews are a subjective experience, so I would encourage you to try a few different types. I did, and found this to be the best: excellent support, no pinching, quick adjustment (in place) and quick to install.

This is an exceptional product, I had tribulations with my elbow when I played tennis but since I am using this product, the pains have disappeared and it no longer hurts my arm when I play.

I had symptoms of tennis elbow and my bicep hurt a small too. I place this thing on pretty tight for about 4 hours and I immediately experienced a relief of pain. I don’t know this thing works, I guess it hits a difficulty point or something, but it gave me Immediate relief. It is kind of uncomforatable but well worth it to me.
