This sleeve support is very effective, I torn my calf muscle four months ago and just started back before a live audience sports. I have wore it everytime I play tennis, run or bike. It keeps my calf snug and gives me a feeling of security. Fantastic product!

The product fits snug and stays in place. But I started getting cramps in the leg I wore it on. If you plot on doing any in succession while wearing it I recommend starting off without it on and then stop after you are warmed up to apply the wrap. It does work if you want the area to stay warm…(hot) Another thing it is excellent to wear while walking the constant difficulty provided relief when normally my shin seems like it is on fire.

It is very simple to adjust and tighten up, yet comfortable to wear. I have tried other cheaper support from discount store and they did no excellent. This calf support really gave excellent relief
