OK product. I needed it aptly away for my mom, and was pleased that it came quickly. But when I opened the box, the bench that I received was not what was pictured. I would have returned it, but I couldn’t wait until I received a new one, so I was forced to keep it. It’s OK, but I would prefer the one pictured. It appears smoother, without seams and holes. My mom has extremely sensitive skin, and the smoother bench would be surpass for her. Disappointed that it wasn’t what was pictured.

My 89 year ancient mother recently had surgery for a broken hip. We got her this transfer bench which was half the price of most I had seen. She likes it. It is sturdy and well-made.

I bought this for my 82-year ancient mother after a painful back injury. She can sit and then swing her legs over the tub, so it made getting into the tub much less painful. It is sturdy and simple to assemble. There is no way to keep water from splashing out of the tub when you use the shower spray, but this bench does as well as any. The price was very reasonable. Home shape workers said this was the best version they have used.

bought this product based on excellent reviews. bench was stuffed in box falling apart with wrapping paper stuffed in. on way here or at packing place got all bent up. Completly irresponsible and should be rated 0 stars any more like this will not buy anything from amazon. Maybe wuth recession they want to sell all the inferior stuff they have. very dissappointed
. Replacement came and it serves its purpose excellent product if you get unharmed one.
