Though it was very simple to install, the arms wiggled too much, making the user feel very insecure. The company was fantastic about refunding my money, but told me to just throw the rails away. That kind of makes me reckon the company is not that confident of the integrity of the product.

This is my initially Medline product. It arrived earlier than expected, was very simple to install an is doing the job for me daily.
I will be removing it shortly, but will be reinstalling it later for another knee surgery. That should tell you how simple it is to install.

Terrific product. I bought for my mom who is 84 and has difficulty walking, and particularly needs help when permanent or sitting. She hasn’t stopped thanking me for getting this for her. Very simple to place together and very sturdy. My mom is overweight, but this product is stronger than it appears.

This frame for the toilet was just what we needed to make getting up simple. It was no problem to install and seems to be sturdy enough to hold most weights. Thankfulness.

Shipped quick and all pieces in box. Simple enough for even me to assemble it.
I was a small concerned that it wouldn’t work with the new toilet seats that have persons fancy “X” screws to hold the seat on (e.g., American Ordinary elongated toilet seat – slow close) but it works fine. What I couldn’t tell from the pix at initially was that the round bar that goes across the back does NOT get fastened to the toilet seat – there’s a flat plate that attached to the toilet seat, the tubular piping goes into the round tunnel attached to the flat plate, and then some turn knobs are inserted into the top of the tunnel and screwed down to hold the tubular piping to the flat plate. As stated, legs lift for cleaning bottom. We place the legs in the outer-most position to allow room for the user to lean a tad from one side to another. (Consequently, it is a bit confining; reckon of it as using a restroom stall where the stalls are very clsoe together and doing your business in one of persons stalls.)
The only other caution I can see is if someone in your family gets up in the middle of the night to use the rest room and doesn’t remember that these arms are installed, they could possibly bump into them in a dark bathroom. (Considering just keeping the farthest arm installed and removing the other for simpler access to the toilet but plotting I’d try this initially.)
Using this until I can find a competent tile expert to install grab bar next to toilet without cracking my wall tiles!
