Provides odor control and fluid management in advanced hydrocolloid dressing
* Exuderm OdorShield contains cyclodextrins, naturally occurring, non-cytotoxic molecules that help absorb odor. Cyclodextrins are bucket-shaped molecules that attract and trap odor-causing molecules in the dressing.
* Another type of of odor control dressing are charcoal-based dressings. Unfortunately, charcoal dressings don’t work well on exudative wounds. Their odor-absorbing properties are deactivated by the proteins in wound fluid. Exuderm OdorShield is designed to absorb odors in the presence of wound exudate; plus it’s more conformable, absorbs more fluid, and requires no lesser dressing.
* Exuderm Odorshield absorbs as well as, if not surpass, than any other hydrocolloid on the market.
* Translucent advent allows visualization of wound without removing dressing.
* The charming satin backing, tapered edge, and low-residue formula help ensure longer wear. May be left in place for up to 7 days.

Difficulty ulcers (Stage II-IV)
Partial and full thickness wounds
Leg ulcers
Donor sites
Wounds with light to moderate drainage
Lacerations and abrasions
1st and 2nd degree burns
