Ordered 4 in 1 steel commode and received product described as 3 in 1 commode. Instead of advertised 12 qt. pail, it had an approximate 6qt. bucket for use with disposable bags. Photo on Amazon misrepresented item I received. Company rep. gave me a bunch of nonsense that made no sense. Their return policy is absurd since I have to absorb all shipping expenditure, a 30% restocking fee and pristine repackaging requirements nearly impracticable to meet. If I chose to return the item, my cost and loss will nearly equal the original cost of the item. Will never consider this supplier again.

I have a portable commode in my master bathroom. I borrowed it from my sister. I don’t know what brand it is, but she bought it at a medical supply store and paid over $100 for it. I needed one for my second bathroom, which is tiny. I was worried it wouldn’t fit, but the price was fantastic, so I took the plunge and ordered it. It fits perfectly over the commode, and it’s very sturdy. If it fits in my itty bitty bathroom, it will fit in any bathroom.

My sister and brother-in-law’s house only has a bathroom on their second floor and the basement. I am powerless to use stairs. I bought this commode and it worked out very nicely. The only complaint would be the splash guard on the bucket. When it was emptied this would get in the way of it emptying completely.
