My husband ordered this belt for himself. His waist size is only 34″. I plotting we BOTH can use it. I tried it on and it fits me only. It is not a belt for men. My waist size is only 30″. I have to buy another one for my husband. Anyway, the backing material is not durable enough. It is just a kind of low-cost fake backing.

I just hope I can sweat the mid section down! Youz need to work out in this to get best consequences, I’ve seen a slight result, hope to stay consistent with working out! ….Peace.

The product is excellent but i need something more binding. My stomach is the only thing stout on me and the belt does hold me in some but, I need something that holds me in more and the belt isn’t wide enough to cover all my middle section. But to be perfectly honest with the belt, I have had a Triple A surgery and have very small stomach muscle to help the belt.

It’s adjustable to just about any size, stays in place, works the way its held to.
I wear it all day at work and I certainly sweat under it, which is the point… aptly?!

I place this on when i am doing my abdominal and upper body workouts and i can certainly feel the increase in heat in that area. been using this for about a week and after a excellent 40 minute workout i take it off and i can see my abs REALLY well. im guessing the extra heat down there just melts the stout away. i certainly recommend this product =].
