Smell is strong but not unpleasant; it wears off after awhile. The “stick” factor is disappointing. Does not stick well especially after sweating a small. I started using a skin shield barrier before adding the Matisol – that seems to help the “stick” last a litle longer. I won’t buy this again.

We use this with my handicapped son to reliable the protective dressings to preclude skin breakdown from using his Bi-pap. Without the glue, the dressings usually last only one day, but Mastisol allows us to decrease the dressing changes to twice a week.

I use Mastisol for keeping an Omnipod stuck to me; a few sprays and let it dry – hold it in front of a fan for a minute; have to use oil to remove it, but it sticks so much bettern than SkinTac – which takes alcohol to remove it. Removing an Omnipod with SkinTac on it is akin to waxing, I’m sure – alcohol doesn’t dissolve SkinTac; I much prefer Mastisol spray. Refill the spray with a 2 or 4 oz pot.
