This is a fantastic product. I’ve had asthma nearly all my life, and carting around a huge nebulizer can be a serious pain. I like the fact that this has a battery pack, it’s simple and convenient. The angled mouth piece is a small odd, but once you get used to it it’s fine. The deluxe version does come with all pictured.
