The nebulizer came aptly on time really it was deliver quicker that i expected, and all was in excellent condition apart from by the mouth piece that was completely ruined thankfully i called Mabis and addressed the issue and they gladly sent me a replacement.

We bought this nebulizer as a supplemental unit in a second room for convenience. It is silent, compact and convenient. In small, it does the job and it does it well at an reasonably priced price. When we buy any subsequent units (my husband gets about 2-3 years out of a unit because of constant use)then we will probably buy more just like it because it performs so well. Of note, since we have had several models over the years, if you want silent, don’t buy a unit with a “convenient storage compartment” as these ALWAYS rattle. This neb has no such compartment.

After 6 months usage, the shaft broke. After trying several times to call the company, they refused to replace the nebulizer. The representative from Mabis was very rude.
