I BOUGHT LIGHT RELIEF A FEW MONTHS AGO, BUT I THOUGHT I WOULD LIKE TO TELL PEOPLE THAT ARE IN PAIN LIKE I AM. THIS LITTLE JEM HAS REALLY HELPED ME WITH MY ARTHRITIS,AND MY KNEE PAIN.
