I wish I had read these reviews before I bought this device. I am very disappointed.
Initially – it took more than 3 weeks for me to receive it even though it was listed as ‘in have a supply of.’
Second – I have received lots of ultrasound from physical therapists for various tribulations over many years and can always feel a small trembling/current, although it is never disturbing or painful. This unit has such weak vibrations that I felt absolutely NOTHING. Someone said use lots of gel – well that made no difference. Yes, I can see trembling if I place a drop of water on the head and turn it on so I know it works to some degree. But, I have been using it for 30 mins. 3-4 times per week and find that it’s a waste of time. You have to sit there doing it, not knowing what the heck it’s accomplishing other than turning your skin a slight shade of blue due to dyes in the gel. My podiatrist said that the current was too weak to accomplish anything.
I haven’t contacted the company yet to see about a refund. I reckon that if you are looking for professional quality ultrasound treatment, you’d have to pay more for a surpass devise. From a time-use perspective, it’s surpass to spend time doing stretching or strengthening exercises, or hot-cold soaks, trigger point therapy, massage.

The only benefit came from the moving the wand over the muscles. No ultra sound benefit what so ever. Couldn’t feel a thing. Real ultra sound from a licensed practionner worked fantastic for me with immediate consequences. This product had no efect after trying it for 3 weeks about 2-3 times a day.

Someone is responding that it is NOT an ultrasonic device. If it is not an ultrasonic device, this is product misrepresentation. I talked to my chiropractor about the device not generating heat and he stated that there is no way this is an ultrasonic device; if it was, the seller would be putting the public in danger from misuse. In his opinion, he believed this was just a watered down version of something. In any case, I plotting the device was working, but stopped using it because it only seemed to place forward small consequences. I pulled it out recently and received no consequences at all.

i bought this item hoping that it would work as the ultrasound unit that i use at PT which makes heat under the skin, increasing blood supply and soft tissue elasticity. But, after using it i did not feel any heat nor the effect that i felt using the unit at PT. After showing it to my therapist, he pointed out that the waveform is pulse and not heat as the one I use. So, he said, a waste.
The bottom line is that you should make sure that this really what you want.
