The product was satisfactory, but, does not fit. I am powerless to return it as there was no packing slip enclosed. Amazon.com says to return frankly to the manufacturer, but how can I do that? I have no red tape showing proof of buy.

Once again… you get what you pay for. It was low-cost, it is low-cost. Doesn’t really work very well. It’s just awkward to use.

The product came in about a week after I ordered it which is a plus and that’s the ONLY excellent thing I can say. The product is CHEAPLY MADE. The picture looks surpass then what the product really is. The collar adjusts the length of the neck but not around the neck, so if you have a skinny neck this won’t fit. The collar is low-cost fake and low-cost thin foam cusion that looks like it came from a packing plant. DO NOT get this product. I would return it but surprise, surprise no return receipt or any receipt for that matter. Ticked off to say the least.

Although I have not used this product as of yet…It was indeed shipped promptly along with two other items from the same seller. It was groundbreaking new, wrapped with its product info and it was exactly as depicted online. I am quite content with the total transaction and would be willing to use the seller again for any emergency medical needs of mine.
