I have always been a loyal consumer to Konsyl. I was using the Konsyl psyllium Powder prior and plotting I would try these out for convenience. I use it to supplement my fiber intake to help with my diabetes and keep my cholesterol at a fantastic range ( I have never had a terrible cholesterol number, YEAH!!) I found with the capsules it is simpler to take but I forget to take them. The powder was on my table every day and I would mix with my drink. The powder I never forgot. It’s a personal choice. I will never switch to another product though. I reckon I will stick with the powder and use the capsules for taking with me on trips away from home.
While taking the psyllium powder, I notice my weight stays in check as well…..
Konsyl never raises my blood sugar like the other fiber supplements that are sweetened.
Yes. I would recommend to others

I am a Konsyl powder fan and have used it for years. This seemed like a fantastic way to take it without diluting it in orange juice, especially when traveling. But, after taking five pills as required with a lot of liquid, I got the feeling they were getting stuck in my throat. No matter how much water I drank, it persisted for hours.
