Konsyl is a fantastic product for constipation and for adding fiber to the diet. I take it on a daily basis with juice. I have also tried it with iced tea, milk and milk shakes. The best way to mix it is to SHAKE it. The company sends free shaker cups for that. Some people I know, like to sprinkle it on their cereal or add it in gravy. The best thing I like about Konsyl is that it has only 3 CALORIES and ZERO NET CARBS!!! Cant go incorrect with that.
My Dad takes it to control his blood sugar level. He has Type 2 diabetes. Konsyl has helped a lot with keep the sugar level at an acceptable level.

Sometimes I get really constipated and can’t find the aptly laxative. My friend Andrew told me about Konsyl and said when he was constipated it really helped him use the toilet. The best thing about Konsyl is that it goes down easily and you can place it in your breakfast or something. One time my dog took it and she had the runs for a week, which shows how effective it is. So if you are ever horribly, painfully constipated, get Konsyl Natural Fiber Laxative.

This is a fantastic product to get extra fiber in your diet (and who doesn’t these days?). Konsyl is pure fiber — no sugar, sugar substitute, fillers, flavoring, etc. The flavor of the product is mild and pleasant, with a bit of a nutty taste. There is no clumping of the fibers in the pot. It mixes well if mixed quickly after being added to a liquid. If it sits too long, or added to a container initially and with the liquid added on top of the Konsyl, it may clump up.
This is a fantastic product to mix with protein shakes, but it is also fantastic with milk. I personally recommend mixing it with vanilla or chocolate soymilk.
